Dear graduates and current fellows of the Academy!
Dear faculty and staff!
My warmest congratulations to all members of the Academy on the 10th Anniversary since the Academy’s first graduates. National Higher School later the Academy of Public Administration was established right after our country has got its independence. During this period 344 people have graduated from this higher education institute. Today, the Academy graduates are proudly continuing to work at different political and administrative posts of civil service.
The destiny of any country depends on its human capital. The economy, culture and politics is not going to develop unless the development of its public administration system. The more qualified and professional are the civil servants, the stronger and life-longer the country will be.
Nowadays, the strategy of becoming one of the most 50 developed countries that has also become a national ideology, should put huge responsibilities to the fellows and faculty of the Academy. Today competitive world demands a civil responsibility that has both education and practice to be ready for serving to the nation. I strongly believe that I will see you only at the highest achievements.
